About Us DL Photos is a growing event, sports, and school photography company serving Central and Southern New Hampshire. We’re building a roster of contract photographers—perfect for newer photographers: recent high school grads, college students, or anyone looking to gain experience.

What You’ll Do

• Photograph events, game days, and school picture days
• Work professionally with kids, parents, coaches, school staff, and organizers
• Follow structured workflows and shot lists in fast-paced environments
• Help with on-site setup: backdrops, lighting, lines/QRs/IDs, and basic admin tasks
• Deliver JPGs only; some assignments may require handing over the SD card at end of event, and can vary

Requirements

• Age: 18+ (required)
• People skills: Friendly, patient, and confident with kids and adults
• Reliability: Punctual, communicative, coachable, and able to follow direction
• Technical: Comfortable with DSLR/mirrorless; solid grasp of exposure, focus, and composition
• Sports assignments:
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must complete formal SafeSport training (details provided)
• Transportation: Reliable transportation; travel up to 1–2 hours depending on assignment
• Physical: Able to stand for extended periods and carry gear

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: Per event, generally $20–$50 per hour depending on assignment and experience
• Hours: Highly variable—school days (mornings/weekday hours), sports/events (evenings and weekends)
• Travel: Central and Southern NH; location varies by assignment

Gear and Dress Code

• Gear: Own gear preferred; DL Photos can supply gear when needed
• Dress: Business casual for most events; may vary by client. Suit/professional attire may be required for high-end events

Insurance

• Liability insurance is highly recommended for contractors

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic flash/lighting knowledge (on- and simple off-camera)
• Action photography experience (tracking focus, burst)
• Customer service or youth work background
• Basic ingest/workflow familiarity (delivery is JPGs only, unedited)
