Souhegan Valley Health & Wellness Fair

Learn how to get healthy and feel better by visiting the Souhegan Valley Health & Wellness Fair.  The Fair will feature free health screenings for all ages, including vision, diabetes, women’s health and dental. There will also be interactive booths, demonstrations of various fitness techniques, family activities, and safety checks for children. Activities Include:

• Teddy Bear Clinic! Children, bring your favorite stuffed animal or doll along with you for a wellness check-up! Each of St. Joseph Hospital’s tables will be prepared to give your furry friends a fun and educational check-up covering topics ranging from nutrition, first aid, exercise and more! Upon leaving our Teddy Bear Clinic, be sure to stop by our Community Health Education table where the animals will receive a Certificate of Health!
• Bike & Helmet safety check by the Milford Police Department
• The American Red Cross Mobile Donation Unit will be on site accepting life-saving blood donations. 
• FREE health screenings and dental checks.
