Join us for a free trial of Unity Field Healing.
As this is a new form of energy healing, this class aims to allow the participant to feel or experience the energy of Unity Field Healing. This will be very relaxing so bring a cushion and/or a yoga mat to sit or lie on.
The first 30 minutes of this class goes through the basics of energy healing like our energy bodies, chakras, intentions and the three different unique sessions of Unity Field Healing. Followed by 30 minutes of a recorded guided meditation where the class will be experiencing the energy of Unity Field Healing.
