The 27th Annual Milford Pumpkin Festival takes place October 7th-9th in historic Milford, New Hampshire. Over the years, the award winning Milford Pumpkin Festival has become one of the most highly anticipated festivals in New England each Fall. Attendance in 2015 was estimated to be 35,000 + over the three days of the event. Due to Milford’s proximity to the Massachusetts border, attendees come from Southern New Hampshire, the greater Boston area and from all over the New England region. Traditionally, this 3-day Festival takes place over Columbus Day Weekend and occurs in Downtown Milford on the Oval, the Community House Lawn, Emerson Park , South and Middle Streets, Milford Town Hall and the Amato Family Performing Arts Center /Souhegan Valley Boys & Girls Club on Mont Vernon Street. Signature Festival events include: The Beer,Wine & Spirits Tasting Tent on Friday night, a spectacular Fireworks show, two stages of LIVE Music and Entertainment all weekend, the Giant Pumpkin Weigh-in contest, Bounce Houses, Carnival rides by Fanelli Amusements, Pumpkin Painting, Pumpkin Sales, The Pumpkin Catapult, an Arts & Crafts Show, Scarecrow Making, Great Food, The Haunted Trail, Face Painting, the Talent Show, a Zombie Walk, and much more! Free general admission,free parking and free shuttle buses!
