DESCRIPTION:You are more likely to encounter someone   friend\,\n\nfamily member\, student\, neighbor   in an emotional or\n\nmental crisis than someone having a heart attack.\n\nYMHFA\, a National Council for Behavioral Health\n\nprogram\, teaches a 5-step action plan to offer initial\n\nhelp to young people showing signs of a mental illness\n\nor in a crisis\, and connect them with the appropriate\n\nprofessional\, peer\, social\, or self-help care.
