However\, leading a nonprofit organization is challenging. Funding sources and resources are becoming more scarce. Volunteers have less time to give and the millennial generation is changing the nature of volunteerism. Event sponsors are more concerned with ROI than supporting an event because of the cause.   \n\nThe purpose of the roundtable is bring to our member nonprofits together to communicate about these issues\, network amongst other nonprofit professionals\, trade best practices and update each other on upcoming events.
