This will be very relaxing so bring a cushion and/or a yoga mat to sit or lie on.\n\n\n\nThe first 30 minutes of this class goes through the basics of energy healing like our energy bodies\, chakras\, intentions and the three different unique sessions of Unity Field Healing. Followed by 30 minutes of a recorded guided meditation where the class will be experiencing the energy of Unity Field Healing.
